We're looking for hardworking, safety-minded underground utility professionals who want steady work, fair pay, and a team that takes pride in doing the job right.
Underground utility work is demanding. We know that. At MPH Pipelines, we make sure the people doing that work are taken care of — with fair wages, consistent schedules, safe job sites, and a management team that has worked in the field themselves.
We're a non-union shop with a direct relationship between management and crew. No layers of bureaucracy — you'll know who your supervisor is, and they'll know who you are.
Wages that reflect your skill level, experience, and the value you bring to the crew.
Arizona's construction market keeps us busy year-round. Steady work means steady income.
Skilled workers who take pride in their craft have a path to foreman and supervisor roles.
We're always interested in connecting with skilled underground utility professionals. Current openings below — if you don't see your position, apply anyway. Good people are always welcome.
Experienced pipe layers needed for water, sewer, and storm drain installation. Must be comfortable with trench work, grade reading, and working around heavy equipment. OSHA 10 preferred.
Excavator and backhoe operators with underground utility experience. Must be able to cut grade, work in tight spaces, and maintain safe distances from existing utilities. CDL a plus.
Experienced foreman to lead crews on water, sewer, and storm drain projects. Must be able to read plans, direct crew, coordinate with inspectors, and maintain safety and production standards. OSHA 30 required.
CDL drivers for material delivery, equipment hauling, and dump truck operations on active construction sites. Clean MVR required. Construction site experience preferred.
General construction laborers for underground utility projects. Willingness to learn, show up on time, work hard, and follow safety protocols is more important than prior experience. We'll teach the rest.
